It wasn't until her conversion to Christianity that she began to realize why she was so infused with a desire to make a difference and touch the lives of all she came in contact with. God planted in her a dream and a vision and soon, because she was an enterprising young woman, Ms. Maberry began mapping out her plan to make her dreams a reality, looking to help as many people as possible.

She started out with the idea of opening a center for men who were either presently incarcerated or who had previously been tucked away in the criminal justice system and written off by society. She understood that it would be hard for these men (some of which have families) to restart their lives on a positive note; who wants to hire an ex-convict, who'll trust him to do the right thing as an employee? Well, here at MGT those are exactly the kind of questions the leader of MGT has stood firm in eliminating as opposition towards our clients. When men, women and children have the ability to enjoy their life to the fullest, just as God intended, Ms. Maberry is filled with a joy and a fervor that ignites her quest. She believes, that, with God All things are possible. All we have to do is believe in God and that He enables us, who trust in Him, to do all things!
